How Our Made-to-Order Process Works

Our made-to-order jewellery takes approximately five to six weeks to create.'

 In return for your patience, you will save 25% off our normal prices—often thousands of dollars on larger pieces. Plus, in many cases, the stone I choose will also be  larger than the one advertised. 

Choose your preferred design, tanzanite size, shape and precious metal, then complete checkout. I—Linda, your GIA-trained gemmologist—will personally search through thousands of tanzanites available behind the scenes to select an exceptional stone for you.

Unlike most retailers, who buy in bulk or have limited stones available, we select each tanzanite with exacting attention to colour, clarity, cut and brilliance. If it is not exceptional, we will not recommend it. Your chosen stone may even be slightly larger than advertised at no additional cost.

Photos and videos of my selection will be sent for your approval before production begins. If you do not love my choice, we will find another—or you may cancel for a full refund at no cost.

Your jewellery is then individually handcrafted, inspected and shipped worldwide by insured FedEx Priority.

All prices include shipping, insurance, taxes and duties, with nothing further to pay.
